Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Delivery Management:

You can easily skip deliveries or cancel your subscription entirely. A unique link for managing your deliveries will be included in your initial confirmation email and subsequent renewal reminders. No account creation is required to utilize this link.

Cancellation:

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of firewood, returns are not accepted.
