Refund policy

If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of arrival, excluding the X Series 30, X Series 42, Luxeve fire pits and Oak Firewood. If you are returning an X Series 30, X Series 42 or Luxeve fire pit, you will be responsible for return shipping. Express or Overnight shipping costs will not be refunded on any orders. 

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unused and in their original condition. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will result in a partial refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
