Shipping policy

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Breeo offers free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States! Most orders require 1 to 2 business days to process. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm EST or they will be shipped the next business day. Express delivery options are not available for X Series 30, X Series 42, and Luxeve fire pits. Rates are calculated at checkout.

After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. You can also track the status of your order using our tracking page. 

 

SHIPPING METHODS

CONTIGUOUS US SHIPPING

Standard Ground - Free delivery 2 to 4 business days after processing. 

FedEx Express Saver - Orders will be delivered 3 business days after the package is shipped. 

FedEx Standard Overnight - Orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day. 

CANADA SHIPPING

Standard Ground - Delivery 3 to 5 business days after processing. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIPPING

UPS Ground - 2 to 5 days business days after processing. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. Orders to Canada can be expected to arrive within 2 to 4 days after they are shipped. 

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS 

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel your order, email contact@breeollc.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
